You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails
6. Confidentiality:
JSCMatrimony will maintain confidential, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by members and shall take all possible and /or bonafide steps for maintaining the confidentiality. However, JSCMatrimony may divulge such information if required by law. It is unconditionally agreed, understood and acknowledged by you that the information and/or data that may be submitted by you shall be preserved and retained by JSCMatrimony for all time to come as permissible under law, notwithstanding cessation, termination or discontinuation of the membership.
7. Expiry of Membership:
Once your membership with us expires, you will not be able to access your personalized messages sent, and phone numbers viewed by you. We request you to save all your contacts you had contacted already and also upgrade your membership with us to enjoy access to these features.
8. Termination of Membership:
The membership may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice on the other. JSCMatrimony reserves the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms. In any case the Membership fees will not be refundable.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The JSCMatrimony Members unconditionally agree that all such disputes and / or differences if any shall be governed by the Laws of India and submitting to the exclusive Jurisdiction of appropriate court of law in Kothamangalam, Ernakulam, Kerala, India.The registration of JSCMatrimony.com membership and all JSCMatrimony services are deemed to have been entered into within the territorial Jurisdiction of kothamangalam, Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
11. Mode of Payment
JSCMatrimony uses third party payment gateways for collection payment through credit/debit cards or other payment instruments. Payment made by cash / cheque / Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card/ PayPal/ RTGS/ NEFT/ would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid JSCMatrimony service shall be subject to the realisation of the said payment. In case of dishonour of Cheque/demand draft; you shall be liable to pay applicable bank`s cheque/DD bouncing charges. Further JSCMatrimony service to your account will be deactivated/suspended until you settle the value of the payment and applicable bank charges in cash.
